COCO-GLUCOSIDE/Decyl Glucoside
Coco-Glucoside is derived from coconuts. It is made by chemically reacting the non-drying fatty alcohol derivative from coconut oil and sugar glucose. Although mostly plant-based, Coco-Glucoside can also be made synthetically in the labs.
Coco-Glucoside is primarily a surfactant that reduces the tension in the formulations and improves the overall experience, when added to cosmetics, skincare, or hair care, provides various benefits.
