Lauryl PEG-8 Dimethicone

lauryl PEG-8 dimethicone is a water insoluble silicone surfactant.  The presence of a fatty acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application.  The balance of alkyl groups and polyethers on the same silicone backbone makes it an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier.
